"Mark is a great guy to deal with. He was very responsive and helped walk us through the process of getting our first house. We had him going all across town to look at houses and he was always happy to do so. He kept sending us great choices and when we found a house he negotiated the price perfectly when it did not appraise. After we closed, he even went the extra mile to send out his contractor to complete some repairs to the home. Mark is very personable and made the whole process transparent to us first time buyers. It was a pleasure!"

"My wife and I were in the market for a house rental in Charlotte, NC. Mark was referred by a friend to help us find a rental. After 3 months of searching and countless walk throughs, we were not able to find the best fit for our needs. Mark never gave up hope on us. He continued to try and find houses that might work to fit our needs. Exhausted from rental searching, we switched out "rental" search to a "buy" search. "Constant spam emails from him the moment that I backed out of an offer I received confirmation. He then sends me a very rude email saying that I stood up the agent very unprofessional refuses to remove me from mailing list unsubscribe button redirect to broken link beware."
